2. Commercial use licence
Licence summary
You may use every file in this kit with an unlimited number of your own coaching clients, rebranded entirely as your own, without crediting Focus Direction - Looma Rae anywhere. What you may not do is pass the files themselves on to anyone else.
2.1 What this licence covers
This licence applies to The Life Coach Starter Kit and all files supplied with it, in every format they are delivered in, to one person or one business.
The licence is granted to the purchaser named at checkout. It is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and worldwide. It begins when payment is received and continues indefinitely unless it is ended under section 2.6.
2.2 What you may do
Use the materials in your own coaching practice, commercially and for profit.
Work with an unlimited number of clients using them.
Edit anything: text, wording, colours, fonts, layout, structure and length.
Add your own pages, your own images, your own logo and your own brand name.
Remove every reference to Focus Direction - Looma Rae. No credit is required anywhere.
Give the client-facing documents to your own clients as part of your paid or free service.
Use the materials in one-to-one coaching, group programmes, workshops and courses you run.
Use excerpts and screenshots of your customised versions in your own marketing.
Use a customised document as a free lead magnet on your own website or social media.
Have an assistant, designer or virtual assistant work on your customised versions on your behalf.
Translate the materials into another language for use in your own practice.
Print copies for your own clients' use within your coaching.
2.3 What you may not do
Resell, share, gift, licence, sublicence or distribute any file, edited or unedited.
Sell the materials as your own product, template, kit or bundle.
Offer them under a private label, resale or "PLR" arrangement of any kind.
Upload any file to a file-sharing service, membership site, course platform, cloud folder or any other place where people other than you can download it.
Give a client, colleague or anyone else an editable file or a Canva editing link.
Sell printed copies of the workbooks as physical products.
Use the materials in a second business of your own without a second licence.
Transfer the licence to another person or business, including on the sale of your business.
Use the materials, in whole or in part, to train an artificial intelligence system or as input to any dataset.
Remove, obscure or alter this licence or the copyright notice in the files you keep.
2.4 Giving materials to your clients
Your clients receive documents from you as part of the coaching you provide. That is the point of the kit and it is expressly permitted.
Send your clients a finished PDF, never an editable file and never a Canva editing link. An editable file is a file; a PDF is a document.
Your client may keep what you send, write in it, print it and refer to it for as long as they like. They may not pass it on to anybody else, and they may not use it in coaching or teaching of their own.
The rule that settles every borderline case: does the other person receive a service from you, or a file? A service is allowed. A file is not.
2.5 What you are responsible for
The materials are a starting point written in general terms. Before you use them with a client you are responsible for:
reading every file and changing what does not fit your practice;
replacing every placeholder, including prices, session counts, notice periods and contact details;
having the coaching agreement, the scope page and any data-protection wording checked against the law and professional rules that apply where you practise;
inserting the correct crisis and helpline numbers for your own country wherever a placeholder appears;
arranging your own insurance, supervision and professional registration.
Focus Direction - Looma Rae accepts no liability for the content of the files, for how they are used, or for any outcome arising from their use.
2.6 Breach, and ending the licence
If you breach this licence — in particular by sharing, reselling or redistributing the files — the licence ends immediately and without notice. You must then stop using the materials and delete every copy you hold. Focus Direction - Looma Rae reserves all rights and remedies available under copyright law.
2.7 Refunds and delivery
The kit is delivered digitally and becomes accessible immediately after purchase. Refunds are set out in the Returns & Refunds policy on [ lifecoach.loomarae.com ].
2.8 Changes
This licence may be updated for future purchases. The version in force for you is the one supplied with your download.
2.9 Questions
If a use you have in mind is not clearly covered by section 2.2 or section 2.3, ask before you do it. An answer takes a day; undoing something does not.
